Daily Meetings Packages
Exclusive use of a meeting room suitable for your requirements for the period of your event
A dedicated Meetings Concierge Executive available to assist you throughout the duration of your meeting
A range of international newspapers, reflecting the individual preferences of your delegates, will be available
A selection of items from the Meetings Concierge stationery store will be provided according to the needs of the attendees
The main meeting room will contain a direct dial telephone, modem/internet connection and, if required, fax machine
We will serve a light three-course lunch, including soft drinks, tea and coffee, in the most appropriate style and setting, creatively inspired and balanced with the enjoyment and wellbeing of your participants in mind
Morning and afternoon coffee breaks and two soft drinks per delegate in the meeting room
A full range of state-of-the-art technical equipment will be available for hire. A screen and flipchart are also included as part of the package. A technician will be available whenever required to ensure that any technical issues are rapidly resolved.
