Kempinski Hotels offers 'Meetings Concierge', a well planned and carefully designed programme. The programme includes a complete service commitment, as well as special rates to groups of ten or more guests attending a meeting or conference in one of our magnificent hotels.

All meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and reflect the individual style of each hotel. Wonderful surroundings and elegant furnishings ensure that delegates are able to work in complete comfort. The dedicated Meetings Concierge teams in each hotel will tailor-make your event to suit your needs. They understand that timing is imperative and will deal with any specialist requirements you may have. Modern business centres in each hotel assist guests with administrative tasks and ensure that you feel as close as possible to your usual working environment.

Daily Meetings Packages

  • Exclusive use of a meeting room suitable for your requirements for the period of your event

  • A dedicated Meetings Concierge Executive available to assist you throughout the duration of your meeting

  • A range of international newspapers, reflecting the individual preferences of your delegates, will be available

  • A selection of items from the Meetings Concierge stationery store will be provided according to the needs of the attendees

  • The main meeting room will contain a direct dial telephone, modem/internet connection and, if required, fax machine

  • We will serve a light three-course lunch, including soft drinks, tea and coffee, in the most appropriate style and setting, creatively inspired and balanced with the enjoyment and wellbeing of your participants in mind

  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks and two soft drinks per delegate in the meeting room

  • A full range of state-of-the-art technical equipment will be available for hire. A screen and flipchart are also included as part of the package. A technician will be available whenever required to ensure that any technical issues are rapidly resolved.

Accommodation

  • Special Meetings Concierge accommodation rates negotiated with the hotel

  • Access to the hotel's swimming pool, health and fitness facilities, where available
