Corporate Responsibility

Kempinski is an international company, yet has local economic impact through the guests we attract to our hotels, as an employer, through our training and educational efforts for staff, our operations and use of local produce.

Kempinski’s corporate responsibility programme is lived by all employees, on a corporate level, at a regional level and most actively at the individual hotel level.

We believe that each hotel we manage is part of the society and community of our host countries, and that it is our responsibility to successfully integrate our operations into the life of the local community. This is why hotels in each destination are encouraged to choose social responsibility programmes that meet the needs of the local community in which they operate.

Our corporate responsibility programme begins in the health and safety domain, with Kempinski’s membership of the Stop TB partnership and our support of the Luís Figo Stop TB Campaign.
