Guests are invited to savour unlimited gourmet delights, such as freshly shucked Fine De Claire oysters with apple and basil granita, seared foie gras paired with pickled kumquat and rosemary salt and grilled river prawns accompanied by Thai seafood sauce. As the journey concludes, guests can indulge in a Parisian-inspired pastry display, complete with freshly made crepes and artisanal ice creams, for a memorable and sweet finale.
