The ‘Celebration of Culinary Arts’ at 15 Stamford, The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore, features a special six-course four-hands dinner by Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Baptiste Natali and Executive Sous Chef Jay Siaw. Taking place on 7 and 8 November 2024, this limited-time menu showcases their diverse culinary backgrounds and shared passion. Each chef will create three courses, offering a unique blend of flavours and techniques for an unforgettable dining experience.
The menu highlights include Glacier 51 Toothfish with kuro goma and kumera, Australian Wagyu Beef with banana blossom in maranggi sauce, and a refreshing Citrus Tart served with yuzu, lychee, lyokan and young coconut.
