15 Stamford Restaurant
Rejoice this festive season with an epicurean feast that showcases the best of the land and the sea. From 2 December 2024 to 1 January 2025, except on Christmas day, 15 Stamford Restaurant will offer three-course set menus for lunch (SGD 58++) and four- (SGD 158++) to five-course (SGD 178++) set menus for dinner.
The lunch menu features dishes such as a refreshing Blue Crab Salad with salmon roe, shrimp floss, mango – tossed in a tangy tomato citrus dressing or the holiday classic of 55°C Turkey Breast with Smokey Sunchoke and butterscotch mushroom. Mains come in a choice of Angus Beef Chuck Rib with White Asparagus, Poached Sea Bass with salted potato and saffron emulsion, or Shrimp Linguine. Dive deep into rich festive flavours with Milk Curd with apple, cinnamon, walnut vanilla cream, or the zesty Yuzu Mousse for dessert.
For dinner, bask in each other’s company and share the joy of Christmas with a hearty meal. The dinner begins with the decadent Foie Gras Terrine served with prune gel, Tokaj wine and torched fig – perfect for an indulgent start. The celebration continues with the Chestnut Emulsion with Black Truffle before tucking in the third course, choosing Warm Rainbow Trout with Beluga Caviar or Venison Loin with Aka Miso. The fourth course comes in two choices: succulent 55°C Turkey Breast or the cooked-to-perfection Sea Bream. Round off the meal with the luscious Cinnamon Cake with dark rum or a lush Coffee ice cream. Additional wine pairing is available at SGD 68++ for four-course and SGD 88++ for five-course.

Gather your loved ones and indulge in a lavish buffet on Christmas Eve and Day, enjoying over 20 stations packed with all the trimmings, fresh seafood, carvery, dessert and much more.
Relish on a worldly selection of seafood such as Freshly Shucked Oysters and Boston Lobster. Whet your appetite with an entourage of roast meats at the Grill Carving Station, showcasing a plethora of succulent roasted meats and seafood, including Roasted Turkey, Angus Beef Striploin, and Honey Glazed Ham. End the festive feasting with various sweet treats, from the classic Christmas Yule Log and Rum Fruit Cake to Raspberry Popsicle.
Festive buffet is available during dinner on 24, 25 and 31 December, as well as during brunch on 25 December.

Festive Takeaways
Re-create the hotel’s signature dining experience back home with delectable takeaways, available for delivery too. Revel in a luscious and juicy range of roasted meats such as Spice-Rubbed Whole Turkey with cranberry jam and bread sauce; the new Roasted Angus Beef Cote de Boeuf with horseradish cream, dijon mustard and red wine sauce; and the famed Baked Honey Ham featuring a glaze that incorporates The Bar at 15 Stamford’s House-blend Rum. The Stewed Lamb Shank, served atop silky mashed potatoes, is another new addition to the takeaway repertoire this year, and makes an excellent main for the house party.
The essence of the House-blend Rum is also infused in handcrafted holiday treats, such as the Rum Fruit Cake and Stollen. Enchant further with the new Chocolate Hazelnut Log Cake – a classic yet irresistible holiday favourite with moist chocolate roulade filled with hazelnut praline ganache and topped with toasted hazelnuts.
