Jad Moukheiber is responsible for the overall legal function of the luxury hotel group, overseeing all areas of Legal, Compliance, Risk Management and Corporate Governance and providing legal counsel to all stakeholders. In his role, Jad provides solutions-oriented oversight for all legal needs of the Group.
Before joining Kempinski Hotels, Jad worked as a Legal Advisor at the United Nations Environment Programme, where he advised on legal matters for the Regional Office of West Asia. He later joined BMMI BSC Bahrain as General Counsel and Board Secretary. During his time there, he handled numerous Mergers and acquisitions and led the resolution of complex litigation cases across the Middle East, Africa, and the United States.
In 2021, Jad Moukheiber brought his expertise to Banader Hotels Company BSC, Bahrain as General Manager, overseeing the company's activities and strategy while providing advisory and secretarial services to the board. He also played a key role in corporate initiatives and investor relations.
Jad Moukheiber holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and a Master's Degree in Political Science and International Affairs from La Sagesse University, Beirut, Lebanon. He further enhanced his skills through the Leadership Corporate Counsel - Executive Education Programme at Harvard Law School, Boston, USA.
