To be able to confirm your transfer arrangement, we kindly ask you to contact us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or required transfer date. Please include in your request your flight details and the number of people travelling.
In addition, our Lady in Red Team is pleased to take care of arranging the VIP room’s access for a personalised treatment at the airport Cayo Coco or the airport in Havana, including the expedition of the immigration control procedures.
