• If the plane docks at the terminal, you will be greeted at the jet bridge/gate by the Welcome Service Team. If you transfer to the terminal by bus, you will be greeted at the terminal gate.
• The team will accompany you to the passport control.
• You will have the privilege of Fast Track in the passport service.
• You will be provided with assistance for your luggage and accompanied to your vehicle by the team.

• Access to other local services, such as local SIM card adaptation.
• Assistance with visa upon arrival.
• Upon your request, souvenir shopping will be done on your behalf.

All reservations made 24 hours before landing and departure times are adjusted according to availability and an extra € 70+20% VAT fee is added to the transfer fee.

• Distance from Istanbul Airport to the hotel is around 45 kilometers (28 miles).
• Distance from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to the hotel is around 50 kilometers (31 miles).
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within the last 24 hours prior to flight arrival/hotel departure and no-shows are subject to a 100% charge.
