Located on floor 1 of the palace section since the 1990s, Bellini was designed to be Istanbul's first luxury Italian restaurant, leaving its mark on the city's deep-rooted history. Bellini has made a name for itself among the top echelons of restaurants in Istanbul with its impeccable service and food quality since the day it opened. The fine eatery bade farewell to its guests by the close of the 1990s, ending a successful run for many years. With a slew of exquisite flavours served in a warm, intimate and comfortable setting, Bellini reopens in Çırağan Palace with an ambience worthy of a luxury Italian trattoria, not just a classic Italian restaurant. Bellini invites its guests to a unique feasting journey with its high ceilings, magnificent crystal chandelier, large windows overlooking the Bosphorus, hand-painted embroidered walls, terrace opening to the magnificent Bosphorus vista, dining tables combined with pleasant blue-white-themed seating groups and more.

All the flavours on the menu are prepared with the consultancy of Sicilian chef Giovanni Vaccaro, who has more than 20 years of experience. Vaccaro stands to gain credit as the culinary genius behind much of the "Pasta & More" concept, in a bid to highlight the hotel's popular fresh plates of pasta and the most popular Italian flavours. The Sicilian chef has combined these flavours with Bellini's special presentations as a continuation of the concept. With all the dishes prepared with fresh daily ingredients, the restaurant impresses with an array of starters, including carpaccio, antipasti flavours and unique dessert varieties, such as tiramisu and cannoli. Signature plates of pasta, handmade in a special pasta room in the palace kitchen, such as lobster and vegetable spaghetti with pistachio pesto sauce, veal tortellini with fried eggplant and gorgonzola sauce, duck risotto with beetroot and mushroom sauce, and seafood risotto with mussels, shrimp, tuna and seasonal vegetables, are among the leading main-course flavours of the restaurant. In addition, another staple of Italian cuisine that adds flavour to Bellini's menu this season is handmade pizzas. With special dough rolled out by hand using traditional methods, Vaccaro's delicious pizza flavours are a feast for the palate. All these flavours are paired with a fine selection of cocktails, including homemade limoncello, classic and fruity Bellini, Negroni and much more.
