Scheduling an appointment 

Please contact our Spa Team to schedule an appointment or dial extension 2844/2833 on your telephone from within the hotel. From outside the Hotel, please call our direct line, or email us. To ensure your preferred time is available, we recommend that you book in advance. 

Cancellation policy 

Cancellation within 24-hours will incur a 100% charge. 

Arrival time

You are encouraged to arrive half an hour before your appointment to relax and enjoy the facilities at the Spa. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction in treatment time. We would advise you to leave your valuables in the Spa lockers or in the safe in your room. GIFT VOUCHERS Spoil someone special...at the Spa Reception Desk 

Pregnancy

We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. We recommend that you check with your doctor before booking any spa service. Certain treatments and techniques may not be applicable during the first or last trimester. 

Prices

All prices are quoted in Djiboutian francs (DJF) and are inclusive of government taxes (VAT). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The prices quoted are per person. 

*Spa Treatment Appointments outside these hours can be requested. A surcharge of DJF 12,000 is applied.
