Since 1994, the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival has been a beacon of international haute cuisine, attracting over 2,000 guests each year. This festival is not only a feast for the palate but also an exclusive gathering for the crème de la crème of the culinary world. Over the past three decades, more than 230 top chefs from 30 nations have graced the stages of luxury hotels, setting the standard for enjoyment, hospitality and cultural diversity.

Porsche Gourmet Safari

One of the festival’s highlights is the Porsche Gourmet Safari. Imagine embarking on a culinary journey across five festival partner hotels, each featuring an exclusive course prepared by a guest or local chef. This unique concept has delighted gourmets for over three decades. The Eastern Trail, for instance, leads guests from the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz to the Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski, with each stop offering a unique culinary experience. The dress code? Porsche Lunch Safari

For a daytime delight, the festival presents the Porsche Lunch Safari. This midday expedition brings guests to four partner hotels, each serving a course prepared by one of the guest chefs. The gourmet tour begins at the Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski, where guests embark on a stylish culinary adventure in luxurious Porsche vehicles.

The Gourmet Dinners are the crown jewels of the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival. Since its inception, these dinners have opened the doors to some of the world’s most acclaimed chefs. Guests are invited to immerse themselves in a world of culinary diversity, savouring the exquisite signature dishes and unique creations of renowned guest chefs. The atmosphere of our partner hotels, complemented by wine pairings from Smith & Smith and Bindella, creates unforgettable gourmet delights.

Among the festival’s stars is Indian-born Deepanker Khosla, who runs HAŌMA, one of the world’s most sustainable and acclaimed restaurants in Bangkok. At HAŌMA, he serves a fascinating neo-Indian aromatic cuisine that has captivated the international gourmet scene. His dedication to sustainability is evident in every aspect of his restaurant, from ingredient selection to menu creation and decor. His motto, ‘We grow what we cook, and we cook what we love’, has earned him numerous accolades, including a Michelin star and a green Michelin star for his outstanding work commitment to sustainability.
