Your comfort and safety are our main objective and priority. Therefore, we ask you to respect our spa etiquette.

(Entry for kids and young adults up to 18 years of age: until 20:00 only)

ZION SPA ENVIRONMENT

Zion Spa is a wellness sanctuary. Please respect privacy and comfort of other guests. In adult wellness zone guests must be 18 years or older. In the pool area, children up to 17 years (inclusive) are allowed until 20:00. Walk-in guests are welcome (subject to availability). For your peace and privacy, cell phones and other electronic devices are not permitted in treatment zone. Smoking is not permitted in the Spa.

RESERVATIONS

Advance reservations are recommended to accommodate your preferences. Please visit us directly in the Spa or dial +421 52 3262 450 (from the hotel room ext. 2450) and our Spa Concierge will be delighted to assist you and guide you to the Spa experience that best suits your needs. Our Spa Concierge will ask for your credit card details or room number to secure your reservation.

Health matters: During the reservation, please, inform us about any contraindications or health condition that might influence the offered service. You will be asked to complete a medical history form upon arrival, so we can better customize your experience to your needs. If you are pregnant or have any existing conditions or allergies, please consult a doctor before booking any Spa treatments or using the Spa facilities. Consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after Spa treatment is not recommended. Zion Spa insists on the right to refuse procedure or suggest alternative treatment in case of contraindication.

Kids Spa Treatments: Zion Spa invites our younger guests, ages 4 and up to enjoy Spa treatments designed just for them; parental consent is always required. Spa experiences from Princess Nely Spa Menu are available daily 10.00 am – 8.00 pm. Children aged 4 – 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the duration of their treatments. Teen services are available for young adults between the ages 13 – 18. We ask that children arrive at the Spa dressed comfortably in their bathrobe and bathing suit. Member of our friendly staff will escort them and their guardian from the Spa reception area directly to their treatment room. We use product brand MCELY BOUQUET and their line developed specifically for children. All products are paraben-free and highest quality.

SPA ATTIRE AND VALUABLES

For your comfort bathrobe, slippers and other amenities are available in changing rooms. In our fitness zone, please, use appropriate sporty clothing and footwear. As well in the pool area is required to wear swimsuit. Disposable underwear may be worn during treatments, but rest assured our therapists are highly trained in correct draping procedures for your complete privacy. We recommend you leave all valuables at home as Zion Spa does not assume responsibility for lost items.

BEFORE YOUR SPA EXPERIENCE

We recommend to all our guests to arrive to Spa at least 20 minutes before booked Spa treatment. This will allow for a smooth check-in and the opportunity to relax and enjoy the facilities before your treatment. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment times. Late arrival: Unfortunately it is not possible to extend the planned length of treatment without other clients’ restriction. In case of late arrival, the procedure will be correspondingly shortened without legitimate claim for any discount. If the delay causes that the time is not sufficient for accomplishment of procedure, we will charge you the full price.

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF SPA RESERVATION

Should you need to cancel or rebook your Zion Spa experience, we do require a minimum of 12 hour notice to avoid being charged 100% for your treatment. Spa packages and group bookings require 24-hour notice. Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to a 100% charge for reserved services.

PRICES, VAT & GRATUITIES

All prices are subject to change without previous notice. Prices are in EUR and include 20% VAT. Additional gratuities for exceptional service can be added to your bill upon checkout.

ZION SPA BOUTIQUE

All products that we use in our Spa are available as well as homecare. We will exchange unopened products up to 7 days from their purchase if returned with the receipt. Unfortunately, the right to exchange products relates only to products, not to gift cards or gift certificates.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Zion Spa offers gift vouchers which is the ideal gift for that special someone. Please refer to our Spa Concierge who can choose the treatment which is most suitable. All gift vouchers must be presented at the time of the booking and are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
