The Crayfish Feast

Elements restaurant at Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai offers a wide range of well-known local crayfish dishes that come cooked in different flavours, including 13 spices, curry, spicy and garlic.

Elements’ Japanese kitchen is supplemented with Chaoshan marinated crayfish and Peruvian Ceviche, Warship Sushi and Salmon nigiri, as well as tuna, salmon and octopus sashimi. You can also enjoy selections of new signature dishes. During this crayfish promotion, the chef team will prepare the mouth-watering Beef Wellington with wine sauce, tasty Chaoshan seafood porridge and eye-catching salt-baked crayfish with flame.

After enjoying all kinds of delicious food, you can end the feast with exquisite desserts. A wide range of cakes and puddings at the dessert stations take you to explore their tenderness, especially our Durian Pancake.
