Spa Etiquette

In order for all guests to have a pleasant stay at the Adlon Spa by Resense, we ask that you follow a few rules:

General information
Respect the privacy and space of other guests. Noise and loud behaviour should be avoided to ensure a relaxing atmosphere. Please do not use electronic devices during your stay. Use of the spa area is at your own risk and the hotel is not liable for any property damage or personal injury. In the event of any technical malfunctions in the spa area, please feel free to contact our team.

Reservations
We generally recommend making a reservation. Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the treatment. If you arrive later, the treatment time will be shortened at full price. If you need to cancel your treatment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in charges equal to the total booked treatment.

General hygiene rules
We will provide you with any towels, slippers, bathrobes and shower items you may need during your visit at the Adlon Spa by Resense. Please leave street clothes in our lockers.

General Safety
Pregnant women or people with health problems are advised to follow a doctor's recommendation before using the spa. Our team will be happy to advise you on an appropriate application. Please fill out the health declaration truthfully to avoid health consequences. If you feel unwell during the treatment or your time at the spa, please inform our team immediately.

Valuables and lost property
As a general rule, please do not bring any valuables into the spa area. The hotel is not liable for any damage or loss of these. If you find any items left behind, please hand them over to one of our staff members.

Minimum age
The minimum age for independent use of the spa and any treatments is 16 years. People under the age of 16 may only experience the application or use the spa with an adult present.

Food and Drink
Feel free to help yourself to the complimentary fruit and beverages available in our relaxation area. Bringing food and beverages is prohibited.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted, as it is throughout the hotel. Please use our Elephant Bar and the designated smoking areas.
