Christmas Market

The team of Kempinski Hotel Bahía is excited to announce that the traditional Christmas Market will be celebrated on the 30 of November 2024. This magical event brings visitors from far and wide, all to enjoy a day of festive spirit to celebrate the beginning of the Christmas season.

This year, the Christmas Market is expanding and adding new and fun things for all the family to do. Stalls with gastronomic delights, such as local honey, sweets, handmade chocolates, roasted coffee and, of course, wines to hand crafts, beautiful jewellery and those perfect Christmas gifts. This famous Christmas market will offer you a delightful experience!

You will find a large children's zone, with more stalls, letter writing table and a bouncy castle, as well as a visit to see Santa, who will work extra hard this year to listen to all the children's Christmas wishes and collect their letters personally.

The market will open from 13:00 until 20:00, with choirs singing at different times during the day. Santa will be there around 16:00 till late, passing through the lobby to light the tree just as it gets dark.

Open to the public. Recommended parking areas are Laguna Village, pedestrian access via the promenade, or parking on Calle de Mare Nostrum, where there is plenty of public parking, as parking on the hotel grounds can become congested during the early evening.

Choirs: children's choir: 16:00. Adults choir: 17:30.

Lighting of the tree: 18:30.

Gastronomy: mulled wine, hot chocolate, two bars will be serving drinks and festive food, including snacks, paella and more!

Restaurants: Baltazár Bar & Grill.

Recommended Parking: Laguna Village access to the hotel via the promenade, Calle de Mare Nostrum access to the hotel via the foothpath or promenade.
