• Scallop salad with avocado and orange – a harmony of freshness and brightness of flavours.
• Hot appetizer: Ravioli with Suluguni cheese and beetroot espuma – a combination of juicy colours and velvety texture.
• Pomegranate sorbet with cinnamon – leads seamlessly to a choice of main courses:
• Lamb fillet with roasted vegetables and rhubarb demi-glace sauce – a rich dish with deep, balanced flavours
  or
• Steamed halibut in zucchini, with cream sauce, couscous, red caviar and black flying
  fish caviar – for those who appreciate lightness and sophistication.

• Dessert: Chocolate waltz with cherry and rose – a sweet ending to the evening.

On 14 February, Valentine's Day from 19:30 dinner will be accompanied by live music, adding even more magic to the atmosphere.

The price for two people is RUB 12,000, including tea, coffee or water. When ordering this menu, there is a 20% discount on a bottle of Prosecco. The menu is available at Café Kranzler from 13:00 to 22:00.
