Cancun, Mexico, November 1, 2024 - Kempinski Hotel Cancún will host its 1st Pickleball Tournament on November 15th and 16th, 2024, welcoming guests and local residents to participate in a two-day event. The tournament is part of the hotel's effort to promote physical activity and provide an engaging experience for both visitors and the local community.

As the first hotel in Cancún with official-sized pickleball courts and one of the few hotels in the area with this type of facility, Kempinski Hotel Cancún is prepared to provide players with a premium tournament experience. The tournament will feature mixed doubles teams competing in a round robin format, with 16 pairs playing from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day.

Guests who book a room or suite under the Endless Flavours All-Inclusive package during the tournament weekend will receive complimentary access to the tournament, along with a variety of exclusive food and beverage options. This package includes buffet breakfasts, a la carte lunches and paired dinners at the hotel's awarded AAA 5-Diamond restaurants, The Club Grill and Fantino. Guests can also enjoy select premium beverages at the exclusive bar and a daily stocked mini-bar, adding to the comfort and luxury of their stay.

The tournament will culminate with a special Glow Pickleball-themed final. This match will be played in the dark, with the court illuminated with black lights and players will use fluorescent balls and rackets, creating a fun and visually memorable close to the event. Prizes will be awarded to first, second and third place winners.
