Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guests. We kindly request you to refrain from using mobile phones and cameras.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the spa.

It is recommended that you leave valuables in your guestroom safe. The spa does not assume liability for any valuables.

Health Concerns
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your treatments or use of the spa facilities.

Pregnancy
Please allow us to assist you in selecting suitable services for this special time. We recommend that you check with your physician prior to experiencing any spa services.

Spa Experience
To make the most of your spa experience and support the benefits of your treatment, we recommend that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes earlier to prepare for your treatment or recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to enjoy our inviting wellness zone. For your convenience, the spa will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for use during your visit. During all treatments, you will be properly draped for ensured privacy.

Minimum Age
The minimum age for spa treatments, use of the pool and wellness zone is 14 years. All children below 14 years need to be supervised by an adult when using the pool. The well-being of our young guests is very important to us. The use of the Thermal area is not recommended and not permitted for children under 14 years of age.

The fitness centre is accessible for people at 16 years of age and above.
All children below the minimum specified age need to be supervised by an adult while at the spa.

Reservations
Advanced booking is highly recommended to ensure preferred times are available, particularly if you choose to enjoy multiple bookings during your stay. The spa provides walk-in bookings based on availability. 
We invite you to advise us of any special preferences, concerns, or focus areas to make the most out of your experience when making your reservation and during your treatment.

Gift Certificates
Our gift certificates make a wonderful gift for any special occasion. Please enquire at the spa reception for details and purchase.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask our guests to give a minimum of twelve hours’ notice for cancellations. With fewer than twelve hours notice, you will be charged 100% of your treatment price. If appointments are reserved before arrival at the hotel, the spa cancellation policy follows that of your hotel reservation.

Late Arrival
Please be aware that your late arrival may result in a reduction in treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your appointment will end as originally scheduled should you arrive late.

The relax area, the swimming pools and the fitness centre are open daily from 9:00 - 21:00.
The spa reception is open daily from 9:00 - 21:00.
The treatment area is open daily from 11:00 - 21:00.

In winter:
The relax area and the swimming pools are open daily from 8:00 - 21:00.
The spa reception is open daily from 8:00 - 21:00.
The treatment area is open daily from 11:00 - 21:00.

The fitness centre is open 24 hours.
