VIP Ski Pass

VIP ski passes are available for purchase for all our hotel guests during their stay at Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko. The VIP ski pass provides fast access to the Gondola lift station and avoids long waiting time on the regular queue. Based on the ski-zone operator regulations, there is no option to upgrade a pre-booked regular ski pass to a VIP ski pass.

VIP ski passes are sold by ULEN Bansko in our lobby, at the desk located in front of the shop of MaxSport. VIP ski passes cannot be purchased in advance and are prepared on the spot for each customer, as per the regulations of the ski-zone operator.
