Start your day with a refreshing morning workout at our Spa & Gym Centre.

Free access to the fitness centre is provided to our guests, including the Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and an outdoor swimming pool.

Four treatment rooms are also available for certain massages, which can be arranged through The Cascades Spa & Thalasso Center (against charge).

Opening hours:

Fitness Centre and Outdoor Swimming Pool: Open daily from 7:00 to sunset

Wellness Facilities: Open daily from 14:00 to 20:00

All guests arriving at the Fitness Centre must be above 16 years of age.
