Starting 11 November, just in time for St Martin’s Day, our festive goose dinner will be available at Das Palais Restaurant in the Hotel Taschenbergpalais Kempinski Dresden, offering delightful experiences throughout December. Whether you‘re celebrating with family, friends or business partners, this culinary experience is the perfect way to enjoy the pre-Christmas season.

Look forward to a goose menu or a whole goose, which will be carved for you at your table. We will serve a selection of winter vegetables, including tender red cabbage, fluffy potato dumplings, caramelised chestnuts and much more. The feast is complemented by a carefully chosen wine that enhances the flavours of the goose.

Vegetarians will also find plenty to enjoy: we offer an extensive festive menu that is just as delectable. Our vegetarian options feature thoughtfully crafted dishes made from the finest seasonal ingredients. Look forward to delightful creations with winter vegetables such as caramelised chestnuts, apples, black winter truffle, nuts and other festive sides. Our chefs emphasise harmonious combinations, ensuring that vegetarians can also savour a wholesome and enjoyable menu that impresses with taste and variety.

The menu is paired with selected wines and a festive ambience, making for a culinary highlight, even without the goose.
