In the evening, the main focus is to provide authentic Bavarian dishes, including crispy roasted pork knuckles, homemade sausages and more than ten other authentic dishes from Bavaria, Germany, and a team of professional brewers to ensure that each glass of freshly brewed beer follows the Bavarian purity method of brewing, the original flavour.
