This Privacy Notice (‘Notice’) tells you about the information we collect and process about you when you visit our spa regardless of whether you are a spa member of Kempinski The Spa (‘Spa Member’) or a daily visitor without membership of Kempinski The Spa (‘Daily Visitor’), both referred to as ‘Guests’. Where necessary in the context of this Notice we distinguish between Spa Members respectively and Daily Visitors hereafter.
