Visa requirements
In view of the rapid spread of the COVID-19 epidemic worldwide, China has decided to temporarily stop foreigners from entering China with a currently valid visa or residence permit from 0:00 on 28 March 2020. Foreigners holding APEC business travel cards cannot enter. The port visa, 24/72/144 hour transit visa exemption, Hainan entry visa exemption, Shanghai cruise visa exemption, Hong Kong and Macau foreigners group entry into Guangdong 144 hour visa exemption, ASEAN tourist group entry into Guangxi visa exemption and other policies have been suspended. Entry with diplomatic, official, courtesy and C visas will not be affected. Foreigners who come to China for necessary economic and trade or scientific and technological activities or for urgent humanitarian needs may apply for visas from Chinese embassies and consulates abroad. The entry of foreigners holding visas issued after the announcement is not affected.

Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan is located in the central area of Yinchuan, in Middle Road of Beijing. It stands opposite to People's Square, adjacent to the International Convention and Exhibition Center, Ningxia Museum, the Library, and the Science and Technology Museum.
