Yinchuan, 20 October 2024 – The Children's Charity Art Exhibition was successfully held at the Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan. With the theme of stars lighting up the future and light warming the universe, this art market joined hands with 835 Art Space and Design Thinking Lab to demonstrate the profoundness of intangible cultural heritage and the far-reaching significance of environmental protection to the guests.
At the event, there were public art exhibitions, Hanfu garden tours, tea art performances and intangible cultural heritage art experiences. Each activity condensed the happy and joyful parent-child time of children and parents. The artists conveyed the classical charm of Chinese traditional culture to every guest through face-to-face communication. Then, the young painters brought TED speeches on their works exhibited at the 28th United Nations Climate Summit. With their unique perspectives and imagination, they expressed their concerns about climate change and green and low-carbon development, and also portrayed their expectations for a green and low-carbon world. Patrick Ritter, general manager of Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan, said that a beautiful global environment requires young people to actively participate in it and convey the concept of green and low-carbon life to more people through the power of art. The guests gathered at the scene and participated in it, harvesting this touching and wonderful experience!
The Children's Charity Art Exhibition is not just an event, it is more like a beam of light that illuminates our way forward; it is a carrier of positive energy, reminding us not to forget to protect and care for the environment while pursuing development. This event is the fourth time that Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan has joined hands with Design Thinking Lab to witness the significant charity journey, and has effectively fulfilled its corporate responsibility of charity and low-carbon environmental protection! In the future, we call on all sectors of society to join us, work together to protect the blue starry sky, and continue to make a beautiful wish that the sky will still be full of stars a hundred years later!
