It was at the dawn of the 18th century that the story began. From the vineyard to the cellars, Pontet-Canet applied the same sensitive approach during the vine-growing process. At the heart of the Pontet-Canet terroir known as the “plateau”, a gentle broad outcrop of Garonne gravel soil dating from the Günz era that sits on a bedrock of limestone. The result of vine-growing practices over centuries can be felt with every glass of Pontet-Canet wines. In an intimate setting, with extremely limited seating, we invite you to make your reservations for this magical evening on Friday, 20th December 2024 at 20h. Presided over by Alfred Tesseron, guest can expect a culinary voyage beginning with a Ruinart Champagne reception, followed by a delectable 6-course menu paired with of Pontet-Canet wines.
