The five thousand year old yoga is a proven system, it is traditional, changeable and at the same time very modern. Yoga has positive effects on mobility, strengthening of the supporting muscles and general well-being. Combined with meditation and relaxation, yoga also has a positive effect on stress-related symptoms, obesity or pain symptoms such as back pain or migraines.
We are delighted to offer yoga classes for our inhouse and external guests alike with two trained teachers on Saturdays and Sundays.
