A Transformative Learning Experience Empowering Future Hospitality Leaders
Dubai, 24 January 2025 —Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates is pleased to announce the successful completion of an exciting collaboration with The Arbor School Dubai. A group of students participated in a one-week cross-exposure program at the hotel, gaining practical insights into various departments and operations within the hospitality industry.
Program Overview:
Dates: January 20 (Monday) - January 24 (Friday)
Timings: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily
Participants: 5 Students from The Arbor School Dubai, accompanied by a school representative on select days.
During this immersive program, students rotated through key departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, Human Resources, Reservations, and IT. This hands-on experience allowed them to observe and learn about the inner workings of the hotel, providing a deeper understanding of how each department contributes to guest satisfaction and the overall success of the establishment.
To ensure a successful experience for the students, team members from various departments provided guided supervision and engaged the students in interactive activities. Safety procedures were thoroughly briefed, ensuring that students were aware of safe practices while observing hotel operations.
The students, dressed in formal attire carried notebooks to document their observations throughout the week. The expertise and professionalism of the hotel staff greatly enhanced this rewarding experience for the young minds.
