Aspen café is stepping into autumn season by opening its doors with Truffle Season celebration this
November. The Culinary team has partnered with leading truffle expert in UAE, Mr. Massimo Vidoni, also known as “Truffleman” to curate special menu by featuring the finest white and black truffles from Alba, Italy.
The menu, that will be live for limited time only, includes premium beef tartare, rich buttery gnocchi, and succulent wagyu beef tenderloin & more, all complimented by truffles for an extraordinary dining experience.
Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to showcase the unique flavours of the season, ensuring an unforgettable dining journey.
