Taking place on Tuesday, April 15th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, this hands-on cooking experience invites you to learn the art of crafting authentic paella under the guidance of our expert Head Chef Esteban Monroy & his talented team.

Kick off the evening with a refreshing welcome drink as you prepare a pitcher of our signature sangria. While sipping your drink, you’ll discover the rich history of paella and its origins in Spain, setting the stage for your culinary journey.

Next, roll up your sleeves for an engaging, step-by-step cooking session where you’ll learn to create the perfect paella. With the chef’s guidance, you’ll master the techniques and flavours that make this dish a beloved classic.

Once your paella is ready, it’s time to enjoy the fruits of your labour! Savour your freshly made paella alongside a selection of cold cuts, perfect for sharing and socializing with fellow participants.

To commemorate your experience, each guest will receive a certificate, along with a photo opportunity with the chef and your paella pan—ideal for capturing memories and sharing on social media.
