Spa Etiquette for a Calm and Safe Experience
At Resense Spa, we aim to create an environment of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect the peaceful atmosphere and privacy of other guests by refraining from the use of mobile phones and cameras. We recommend leaving all valuables in your guest room safe, as the spa cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Health Concerns
Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment or use of the facilities, so we can tailor your experience accordingly.

Spa Experience
To fully enjoy your time at the spa, we suggest arriving early to relax and take advantage of the spa facilities before your scheduled treatment. For your convenience, towels, slippers, disposable undergarments, and all necessary amenities will be provided during your visit. For privacy and comfort, you will be appropriately draped throughout your treatments.

The Private Lounge
After your treatment, we encourage you to take some time to rest in our private lounge to ensure you experience the full benefits of your treatment for both body and mind.

Reservations
Advance reservations are highly recommended to secure your preferred appointment time, especially if you plan multiple visits during your stay. Walk-in appointments are available based on availability. To make a reservation from your guest room, please call our spa reception at extension 5396 or 5397.

Minimum Age Requirements
The minimum age for spa treatments and use of the fitness centre is 16 years. Minors must be accompanied by an authorised adult. For the indoor pool and wet area, the minimum age of entry is 21 years.

Your Appointment
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to enjoy our spa facilities to the fullest.

Personal Items
While we strive to maintain a secure environment, the Resense Spa cannot be held liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings due to theft, fire, or other causes.

Gift Certificates
Resense Spa gift certificates are available for purchase and make a thoughtful gift for any occasion. Please inquire at the spa reception for more details.
Lateness & Cancellation Policy
Please note that arriving late may reduce the duration of your treatment as a courtesy to the next guest. We request a minimum of 3 hours' notice for cancellations. Without sufficient notice, the full cost of the treatment will be charged.

Hours of Operation
The spa is open daily from 7:00  to 23:00. Treatments are available from 11:00  to 23:00 The fitness centre is open daily from 7:00 to 23:00 for members, and hotel guests have 24-hour access.
