menu is crafted to offer a delightful array of flavours and features both local and international
gourmet highlights.


Each course of our brunch experience is freshly made and served directly to your table. This
ensures that every dish arrives at its peak flavour and temperature.


Begin your dining experience with our Warm Sourdough Focaccia paired with Whipped Truffle
Butter, a perfect introduction that sets a luxurious tone. Follow this with the refined Oscietra
Caviar & Cauliflower Tart, combining the delicate taste of caviar with the earthiness of
cauliflower. The Sea Bream & Coconut Ceviche provides a refreshing burst of flavours, blending
tender sea bream with the tropical essence of coconut. Our Lobster Caesar offers a decadent
twist on a classic, featuring succulent lobster paired with crisp greens and a rich dressing. And
additional delights await.


For the main course, choose between the Galician Beef Ribeye, known for its rich marbling and
tender texture, served with Pomme Fritz and jus.


Enhance your brunch with our unlimited à la carte options. Indulge in Foie Gras with Pickled
Kumquat and Charred Sourdough, the spicy and aromatic Lobster Tom Yum, and Grilled River
Prawns served with a Thai seafood sauce. Freshly shucked oysters and a Parisian pastry
display featuring ice cream and crepes provide a delightful conclusion to your meal.


Each dish at Sunday Brunch at ALATi is a celebration of the finest ingredients and culinary
artistry. Our brunch is designed to be more than just a meal; it’s an opportunity to savour freshly
made dishes and rich, varied flavours in a sophisticated setting.


Our Sunday Brunch is available every Sunday from 12:00 to 16:00.
