Explore the Seafood on Ice station, featuring freshly sourced seafood selections paired with zesty nam jim seafood and cocktail sauce. The Cold Cut Selection features premium choices such as Parma ham, salami, smoked salmon and chicken ham. Elevate your plate with the Cheese Selection, showcasing creamy Brie, Camembert, Emmental and Gruyère, complemented by honey, jams, dried fruits and nuts—a true feast for cheese lovers.
At the Japanese Corner, savour a selection of maki and nigiri, alongside delicate tamago and pickled wakame, perfectly complemented by miso soup with all the classic condiments.
The Carving Station promises a feast for the senses with herb-butter roasted chicken, honey-glazed pork ham with roasted pineapple and baked whole sea bass served with seafood sauce. For hearty flavours, the Hot Food Selection offers highlights like baked prawns with vermicelli, teriyaki salmon and Wagyu beef meatballs in a rich gravy.
Children will adore the colourful dessert spread, featuring playful delights such as cupcakes, chocolate lollipops, berry tiramisu and an ice cream station with endless toppings.
To make the day extra special, a dedicated Kid’s Club team will host games and activities, ensuring a joyful experience for your little ones while you relax and savour the offerings.
