15 Stamford’s Easter Sunday brunch elevates its popular ‘Tropical Sunday Brunch’ with vibrant live entertainment, thematic cocktails, extravagant dishes, and a series of egg-citing activities for the little ones.
Each of the decadent brunch stations features premium grilled meats, fresh seafood, modern Asian classics and irresistible desserts. Sumptuous highlights include fresh seafood on ice, seasonal freshly shucked oysters, and an indulgent foie gras live station, alongside premium grilled items from the live carving station, featuring Wagyu Beef Flank, Whole Roasted Goose, Pasture-fed Lamb Leg, and Milk-fed Veal. Easter specials such as the indulgent Egg Royale topped with Avruga, Deviled Eggs, Truffle Blue Swimmer Crab Remoulade, Easter Carrot Cake and Easter Hot Cross Bun Choux also grace the spread.
Little ones will be kept occupied with a host of kids’ activities including an exciting Easter egg hunt, a cookie DIY class, face painting and toy claw machine to make it a fun-filled afternoon. There will also be a lucky draw with exciting prizes to be won.
The Easter Sunday Brunch at 15 Stamford is priced at SGD 198++ per adult with free-flowing Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve NV champagne; SGD 208++ with free-flowing Charles Heidsieck Rosé Réserve; SGD 888++ with a bottle of Dom Pérignon champagne.
