From a DIY flower arrangement workshop during the Mother’s Day brunch at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung, to set lunches at Frieda German Restaurant & Beer Garden and La Scala Ristorante, plus a special afternoon tea over at the Lobby Lounge, the hotel presents an array of experiences to celebrate the special women in your life this May.

Mother’s Day Brunch at the hotel’s signature restaurant, 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung brings forth vibrant live entertainment, Aloha-themed cocktails, extravagant dishes, and a series of activities that will make any mother feel like a queen for the day.

Mothers will be treated with a welcome tipple at the start of the brunch. A perfect opportunity for mothers and children to bond and create lasting memories together is the complimentary DIY flower arrangement workshop for all mums. with the assistance of the hotel’s in-house florist. As a special keepsake, all mothers will also receive a chocolate bark jar and a family polaroid to cherish forever.

At the decadent brunch stations, mom can feast on modern Asian classics, grilled meats, and fresh seafood. Sumptuous highlights include Fresh Seafood on ice, Seasonal Oysters, an indulgent Foie Gras live station, Crackling Pork Belly, Wagyu Beef Hanging Tender, Angus Beef Ribeye, and Pasture Fed Lamb Leg. Mother’s Day specials such as Ginseng and Abalone Noodles, Roasted Goose, Chilli Mud Crab and Baked Halibut are added to enhance the spread for a more scrumptious brunch

The Mother’s Day Brunch at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung is priced at $198++ per person for the first seating from 12pm to 2pm, and $178++ per person for the second from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. Guests can enjoy free-flow Telmont Brut Reserve NV, Telmont Reserve Rose NV, Billecart Salmon Rose, and Billecart Salmon Blanc de Blancs, priced at $198++, $208++, $248++, and $258++ per person, respectively.

For guests preferring German or Italian fare, head on down to Frieda German Restaurant & Beer Garden and La Scala Ristorante at Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski. All mothers will receive a bouquet of preserved flowers with a personalised Mother's Day greeting card, where family members can write a heartfelt message. As a token of appreciation, all mothers will also receive a 20% voucher for their next dine-in at Frieda or La Scala, valid until the end of the year.

Frieda German Restaurant & Beer Garden presents a hearty three-course ($48++) or four-course set meal ($68++) for Mother’s Day. Tantalising German specialities include the Bavarian Sausage Salad with homemade pretzel dumplings, Gruyere cheese, and tangy gherkins and the German Black Cod Sandwich featuring tender, flaky cod with tangy mustard potato salad and sweet and sour gherkins, and seasonal sausage. Finish your meal on a sweet note with the Cream Cheese Pudding served with sweet and juicy red plums, rich caramel sauce, and decadent custard vanilla ice cream, offering a luscious, creamy texture and a delicate sweetness that will leave you wanting more.

At La Scala Ristorante, guests can rejoice in a three- ($48++) or four-course ($68++) set menu that will transport their taste buds straight to Italy. Feast on mouthwatering dishes such as Creamy Pumpkin Soup with balsamic reduction and black pepper, Pan-Seared Barramundi with a spicy and tangy tomato sauce, and sides of baby carrots, fava beans, and chickpea puree, and a delectable Raspberry Semifreddo served with vanilla sauce and butter crumble.

An Intimate High Tea at the Lobby Lounge
Enjoy a tête-à-tête with mum over an elegant five-course high tea at the Lobby Lounge at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore. With a selection of teas, the afternoon tea features delectable bites such as Grilled Nasu with cilantro chimichurri and corn-fed chicken, Pandan Scone with kaya and milo dinosaur chantilly, a refreshing Lemon Verbena Sorbet, followed by a rich and decadent Chocolate Hazelnut Pudding and the classic local staple, Ang Ku Kueh with mung bean filling.

The High Tea is priced at $58++ per person for the first seating from 1.30pm to 3.30pm and $52++ per person for the second from 4.00pm to 6.00pm, with mums receiving a complimentary glass of bubbly.
