Starting with an appetiser like Hiramasa Kingfish served with puffed rice crackers for that added texture, or Bluefin Tuna Tartare with tomato cold broth to pique your appetite.
Taste the sweetness of sea produce, including classic dishes like Japanese Hirame and Pan-fried Hokkaido Scallops.
