Embark on a tantalising gourmet journey to Hungary as Chef Peter Bardos, Executive Sous Chef of Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest, brings you authentic Hungarian specialities to the shores of Singapore. The specialty menus will be available from 21 October to 27 October 2024 at 15 Stamford Restaurant.

Kickstart your dining experience with a four-course set menu featuring the Traditional Lángos, a crispy fried dough served with cured Mangalitsa, sour cream and smoked cheese. Follow with a rich and hearty Fisherman's Soup featuring fish in a paprika-infused broth. Mains come in a choice of Beef Tenderloin “Budapest Style”—with the prized meat lauded for its marbling tenderness, cooked to perfection and served with foie gras and crispy roast potatoes; or the Rose Duck Breast served with red cabbage dumpling in crispy crumb and apple salsa. End your meal on a sweet note with the decadent Gundel Pancake, filled with walnuts, golden raisins and apricots, topped with chocolate sauce.

For mains, don’t miss the “Bakony” Style Beef Tenderloin, served with wild mushrooms and the Traditional Chicken Paprika. The traditional Lecsó, a flavourful pepper stew and a staple in Hungarian households, makes the perfect side to the slow-roasted crispy pork belly with apple sauce and red cabbage.
