Be transported to the Swiss Alps this October as Michéle Müller, the Director of Food & Beverage in charge of Culinary Operations at the Kempinski Palace Engelberg, brings you some of her signature dishes to the shores of Singapore! 

Bring your palate to new heights with a choice of exquisite three-course or four-course set lunch featuring a refreshing Marinated Swiss Salmon served atop a refreshing, innovative Bloody Mary salad. Mains come in a choice of Fischknusperli in Mountain Herb, perfectly fried flakey fish in a multigrain batter and served with purple mashed potatoes, or Riz Casimir, a creamy, slightly sweet curry dish with pan-seared chicken breast, pineapple, peach and roasted almond. End your meal with the delightful Soft tacos served with preserved cherries.

For dinner, the gastronomic experience is elevated with a gourmet four-course or five-course menu featuring Michéle's culinary excellence. The appetiser features a tender and flavorful Ham Hock Terrine, followed by a warm and velvety bowl of Pea Soup and handcrafted Agnolotti stuffed with smoked goat cheese. For the main, choose between the slow-cooked Salmon Confit in Kempinski Palace Engelberg Style and the Rack of Lamb crusted with Alpine herbs and drizzled with honey, perfectly paired with garlic gnocchi and salt-baked shallots for all meat lovers. The dinner ends with a delightful Open Tartelette for dessert.

Swiss Wine Fair

Make your way to the Swiss Wine Fair to explore the distinct flavours of Switzerland’s wine regions. The evening will begin with a brief introduction to the country’s wine heritage, followed by a walk-around tasting of 40 wines from 13 Swiss winemakers, showcasing regions from Ticino to the Valais.
