Elevate your dining experience with a romantic five-course dinner and acoustic live band performance to set the mood for the evening.

The evening starts with a delicious trio of light nibbles, featuring Spiced Cured King Salmon Tartlet, Elderflower Compressed Watermelon and Sesame Hummus Conette. Savour the earthy Pu Er Mushroom Broth with shrimp tortellini, followed by an indulgent Hokkaido Scallop with uni emulsion. For mains, choose between the Pan-roasted Wild-caught Halibut or the Charcoal-cooked Wagyu Short Rib. The White Wild Berry Entremet and a chocolate fountain with fresh strawberries end the dinner on a sweet note.

Receive a welcome drink and a special giveaway as part of the celebration. 

SGD 188++ per person, wine pairing option available with an additional SGD 78++ per person. For a fancier celebration, go for the ‘Treasured Love’ package at SGD 888++ per couple, with the five-course dinner served with a bottle of Dom Perignon champagne.

Lovebirds can enjoy a romantic and classy Valentine's Day celebration with six Valentine-themed cocktails - perfect for cocktails aficionados. 

The Cupidon Arrow is a refreshing gin-based concoction with roselle, strawberry, basil and lemon, while Oh, It’s Sexy offers a smokey combination of two types of tequila, balanced with watermelon and yuzu. For those feeling fancy and bubbly, the Counting Peaches with vodka, peach, rosemary and prosecco and the Sugar Bun with rum, mandarin and champagne are the perfect choices. Select any two of the six special cocktails at only SGD 28++, available from 10 to 16 February 2025.

For a free-flow affair, go for the three-hour free-flow champagne (SGD 158++) or cocktail (SGD 108++) Cupidon package per couple, inclusive of a cheese and charcuterie board. 

Make it a pre-dinner ritual or an after-dinner celebration – what matters more is each other’s company.

Indulge in a gastronomic journey at the newly opened Capitol Bistro. Bar. Patisserie, Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski. Immerse yourself in a tropical-inspired ambiance, serenaded by a roving two-piece band while savoring our exquisite four-course dinner. 

Begin with a refreshing Kaffir Lime Mud Crab, featuring cucumber jelly, champagne grape, trout roe, and coconut lemongrass foam, followed by a hearty Black Truffle Pearl Barley. Choose between the succulent Poached Halibut with saffron bouillabaisse or the 2R Wagyu Beef Striploin with bone marrow risotto. Conclude with an alluring Raspberry and Lychee Mousse, paired with yuzu raspberry sauce.

SGD 168++ per couple, with an optional cocktail and wine pairing available at an additional SGD 42++ per person. Couples will also receive a complimentary jar of candied almonds to take home.
