Executive Chef William has been studying with famous Italian chefs for many years and has demonstrated the excellent natural flavours of food with exquisite cooking techniques. With more than 20 years of kitchen and management experience, he has developed his unique experience and insights, presenting a unique experience. William will redefine the 1Eins Bistro & Lounge and bring a new dining experience to our guests. In this new menu, William has selected four special dishes to recommend to gourmets.

M3 T-bone Steak Florentine-style 700g

The Florentine-style steak must be cut from the loin, which is known as the T-bone. Chef William’s choice is M3-grade T-bone steak. The crispness of the surface and the freshness of the inside create the perfect texture. It is an excellent dish that meat lovers should not miss.
