An Intimate Afternoon Tea at the Lobby Lounge
Enjoy a tête-à-tête with mum over an elegant afternoon tea at the Lobby Lounge at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore. Presented in three chapters, the Heritage Afternoon Tea showcases some of Singapore’s most-loved dishes, reimagined with a special, modern touch.
To start, delight in the lush Foie Gras Butter Kaya Butter Toast, Kurobuta Pork Chop sandwiched between soft brioche and a Bandung Marble Cake. The second chapter promises to impress with the Chilli Crab Petit Pain and Bubur Cha Cha Panna Cotta, while the third chapter combines both savoury and sweet treats, including a Chicken Chawanmushi with Scallop and Mushroom Foam, a Milo Berliner and an ice cream wafer that evokes everyone’s childhood memories.
