Executive Chef Phillip Taylor, acclaimed for his grilling prowess, has carefully crafted a menu showcasing perfectly grilled dishes inspired by diverse culinary traditions. Each dish enhances and elevates the natural essence of the ingredients, creating a harmonious blend of local and international flavours. From land and sea to flame, every ingredient is treated with utmost care to bring out its finest qualities.
ALATi provides a distinctive dining experience where guests enjoy small, flavourful portions designed for sharing. This approach allows diners to explore a wide array of tastes and textures, ensuring each visit is a new culinary exploration.

ALATi, meaning ‘salt’, pays homage to the historical significance of salt as an essential ingredient that has shaped culinary traditions worldwide. Chef Taylor’s innovative fusion cuisine brings a contemporary twist to these traditions, creating dishes that delight the modern palate while honouring the past.

Indulge in a culinary journey inspired by global flavours and perfected by the artistry of Executive Chef Phillip Taylor at ALATi. The refreshed à la carte menu celebrates premium ingredients, refined techniques and expert grilling, offering a selection of elegant and flavourful dishes.
Begin with a touch of French indulgence with Oscietra Caviar, renowned for its buttery texture and refined brininess. For a refreshing yet sophisticated start, the Baby Beetroots & Persian Feta Salad delivers a perfect balance of earthy sweetness and creamy richness. Elevating the experience further, the Lobster & Prawn Bisque offers a silky, deeply flavoured seafood essence, capturing the finest ingredients in every spoonful.
Grilled to perfection over open flames, the Isaan-Style Grilled Miyazaki A4 Wagyu Sirloin combines the tenderness of Japanese Wagyu with bold Thai seasonings, creating a dish that is both aromatic and indulgent. The French Dover Sole, expertly prepared, highlights its delicate, melt-in-the-mouth texture. For those who enjoy bold and smoky flavours, the Charcoal Skewers of Prawn Tikka present a beautifully spiced and aromatic take on traditional Indian grilling.
