Experience an elevated dining experience at ALATi, where Chef Phillip Taylor presents a refined new menu of unlimited gourmet delights. This indulgent brunch showcases the finest ingredients, expertly prepared to highlight bold and balanced flavours in an inviting and lively atmosphere.

 Begin with an exquisite Seafood on Ice selection, featuring freshly shucked oysters from three distinct regions, complemented by a curated cold cuts and cheese board. Savour the richness of a Lobster and Prawn Bisque, or enjoy the delicate balance of flavours in the Smoked Salmon Plate with capers, pickled onions and a touch of lemon. Signature highlights include succulent Grilled River Prawns with Thai Seafood Sauce, tender BBQ Pork Ribs with Lemongrass and Chilli Glaze and the premium Australian Angus MBS 4+ Sirloin, perfectly grilled and served with roasted vegetables.

 Classic brunch favourites, such as Eggs Benedict and Oysters Kilpatrick, add to the indulgence, while handcrafted desserts like Strawberry Tartlets and freshly prepared À la Minute French Toast provide the perfect sweet finish. Designed for relaxed gatherings, Sundays at ALATi – Families Brunch brings together delicious food, warm hospitality and a welcoming setting where families and friends can enjoy quality time over exceptional flavours.
