A Dubai-based Chinese-Canadian chef, Chef Kelvin is the creative force behind Jun’s (No. 7 on MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025). Renowned for his award-winning ‘Third Culture’ cuisine, his approach blends Chinese heritage with North American roots and French culinary technique, enriched by global influences and a commitment to sustainability. His accolades include recognition by the Michelin Guide, Gault&Millau UAE and What’s On Dubai’s ‘Chef of the Year’.
For this Bangkok showcase, Chef Kelvin unveils a progressive tasting menu that reimagines Cantonese cuisine through a personal and cross-cultural lens, inspired by his culinary journey across Canada, Mumbai and Dubai.
