Our daily breakfast is a real morning feast, with dishes for all tastes: fresh croissants, traditional Russian pancakes with red caviar and sour cream, various kinds of honey, hot fish and meat dishes and freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. Egg dishes are offered and prepared à la minute to each guest’s taste.
A glass of sparkling wine will set the festive tone for the day.

The Baltschug Grill restaurant, serving daily breakfasts and festive brunches, has all the ingredients of a successful venue: an open kitchen, modern design and a view of the Kremlin. Warm colours prevail in the restaurant's design, ranging from dominant beige to accents of muted burgundy and olive. Soft light reflected in elements of Bohemian glass creates a cosy and relaxed atmosphere.
