The 2-star MICHELIN Gourmet Restaurant PUR offers an exceptional gourmet experience.

Enjoy classic European cuisine with fine regional influences. Executive Chef Ulrich Heimann uses particularly high-quality products - all meat, milk, and fish are locally sourced. The innovative menu changes according to the season and is a tribute to Heimann's nutritional philosophy. The refined dishes have therefore been awarded three red Gault Millau toques and, after 18 years with one MICHELIN star, recently two MICHELIN stars.
