by our Executive French Pastry Chef, Franck Istel, inspired by the vibrant beauty of a blooming
flower garden and conceptualised by Bangkok’s beloved Thai artist, Pomme Chan.

Savour the exquisite flavours of ‘Garden in Blossoms,’ a delightful culinary experience bursting
with fresh and vibrant ingredients. Indulge in the rich decadence of Foie Gras Mousse with
Cherries, elegantly presented on a buttery shortbread base. Delight in the delicate sweetness of
pastries like the Madagascar Vanilla and Strawberry Roll, and the zesty Mango Lime Tartlet with
cream cheese Chantilly. Our warm scones, available in both plain and orange chocolate
varieties, are served with house-made jams and Devonshire Clotted Cream, adding a
comforting touch to your afternoon escape.

Meet Pomme Chan

Pomme Chan is a celebrated Thai artist renowned for her unique, hand-drawn style that blends
the essence of nature, abstract shapes and free form. She began her journey in Interior Design
at Silpakorn University and honed her skills in the creative industry at WPP’s DY&R and Grey.
Pomme later moved to the United Kingdom to further her studies at the London College of
Communication, where she deepened her expertise in Graphic Design and Communication.
After enriching her art with London & vibrant culture, she returned to Bangkok and opened What
If Home Decor shop & café, and founded Happy People Studio. Her creativity flourished,
resulting in stunning designs for wallpaper, rugs, ceramics, cushions, furniture and many more.
Pomme also launched Swoon Home Decor and P Palladio, continuing to inspire with her
innovative designs. Her journey is a testament to creativity and the beauty of everyday life.

Introducing Chef Franck Istel

Siam Kempinski’s Executive Pastry Chef. From his humble beginnings in Strasbourg to his globetrotting escapades in renowned establishments, Franck’s culinary journey is a whirlwind of passion and perfection. With each bite of his creations, he weaves magic, infusing every morsel with love and innovation.

Every Tuesday to Sunday, revel in live performances by the enchanting harpist, Madame Wang, providing a harmonious backdrop to your afternoon.
