Savour the richness of Grilled Fine de Claire Oysters enriched with Café de Paris Butter, and the comforting warmth of Wild Mushroom and Kombu Broth infused with Black Winter Truffle.


Pasta course featuring Seared Hokkaido Scallops and Pumpkin Gnocchi, beautifully complemented by Gremolata and Pine Nuts. For the main course, relish the grill to perfection of A4 Miyazaki Wagyu Striploin, accompanied by Truffled Potato, Black Garlic Purée and Lion’s Mane mushrooms—a dish expertly designed to impress.
